These national Guidelines recommend the minimum amounts of physical activity you need to do to enhance your health, are:
·        Think of movement as an opportunity, not an inconvenience. Any form of movement is an opportunity to improve your health.

My Gen Fitness uses Pre-exercise screening to identify people with medical conditions that may put them at a higher risk of a experiencing a health problem during physical activity. It is a filter or ‘safety net’ to help decide if the potential benefits of exercise outweigh the risks for you.

The benefits of exercise and physical activity are well documented and it only takes 30 minutes a day.
